Spring Happiness

Hi there,

it's Inspiration Week over at Mennys Bastelshop and this week our topic is "Interactive". I used the Mama Elephant Deliver Spring Happiness on my project:

• stamp the image from the Mama Elephant Deliver Spring Happiness set with Gina K. Designs Obsidian
• color the image with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers and add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils 
• create a Slider Card using the Heffy Doodle Slider Pop up die set
• create a background using the My Favorite Things Cloud and Grass Edges stencils and Distress Ink Broken China and Bundled Sage
• stamp the sentiment from the same set with Distress Oxide Ink Bundled Sage 
• stamp the "Slide Me" from the Lawn Fawn Push Here set with Versafine Arctic and Morning Mist

I created this card for Mennys Bastelshop using the Heffy Doodle Llamazing Llama stamp set and I got inspired by this Heffy Doodle YouTube Video:

• stamp several images from the Heffy Doodle Llamazing Llamas set with Gina K. Designs Obsidian
• color the images with Ohuhu Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
• create a background using the Paper Smooches Border 3 die set and colored cardstock
• add the sentiment cut from colored cardstock with the help of the Time for Tea Designs Hey Hello Hi Sentiment die set

Tea Ceremony Tag

Hi there,

I created another sweet tag for Mennys Bastelshop and this time I used the Impronte d'Autore Minako stamp set:

• cut out the Heffy Doodle Tag along from smooth white cardstock and patterned paper
• stamp the the scene using images from the Impronte d'Autore Minako set with Gina K. Designs Obsidian - use the masking technique
• color the images with Ohuhu Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
• create a background with the help of the My Favorite Things On Solid Ground Stamp set, Versafine Clair Sand Dune, a pencil and a ruler
• ink up the edges of the panel with Distress Ink Pumice Stone
• dye a piece of torn seam binding with Distress Ink Victorian Velvet and thread it through the hole of the tag

I created this sweet tag for Mennys Bastelshop using the Mama Elephant Deliver Summer Vibes stamp set:

• stamp the adorable little piglet from the Mama Elephant Deliver Summer Vibes set with Gina K. Designs Obsidian
• color the image with Ohuhu Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
• cut out the Heffy Doodle Tag along from grass and kraft cardstock
• add shading with Distress Ink Gathered Twigs and Ground Espresso
• add some texture by using an embossing folder
• cut out the Memory Box Hello Daily Script from blue and white cardstock as the sentiment
• thread two strands of twine through the hole of the tag

• stamp the zebra from the Heffy Doodle Two by Two Zoo Animals set with Gina K. Designs Obsidian
• color the image with Ohuhu Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
• adhere Hero Arts Tropical Florals die cut from white cardstock to a white cardbase for a tone-on-tone look
• create DIY striped cardstock using black and white cardstock and cut one of the Avery Elle Wonky Scalloped Frames
• create a background with the help of green cardstock and the Lawn Fawn Grass Border, Distress Ink Tumbled Glass and clouds from the Lawn Fawn Butterfly Kisses set

• color the image with Ohuhu Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
• create a background with the help of the My Favorite Things Cloud stencil and Distress Ink Tumbled Glass
• stamp the sentiment with Distress Oxide Ink Tumbled Glass
• thread two strands of twine through the hole of the tag and add some glitter droplets as final embellishments

Lucky Clover Birthday Tag

Hi there,

I created this Mixed Media Birthday Tag for Mennys Bastelshop using the Lawn Fawn Lucky Clovers die set:

• cut out the inside of the tag from watercolor paper using the Heffy Doodle Tag Along die set
• cover it with crumpled tissue paper and add color with watered-down acrylic paint
• add some texture by stamping elements from the Waffle Flower Postage Collage set with Versafine Clair Portobello
• cut out three clovers from watercolor paper using the Lawn Fawn Lucky Clover die set
• add color with watered-down Distress Ink and extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils 
• cut out the frame of the tag from grass cardstock
• stamp the sentiment with Versamark onto a banner cut from grass cardstock and heat-emboss it with Ranger Brick embossing powder
• dye torn seam-binding with Distress Ink Ground Espresso and thread it through the hole of the tag

• color the images with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen

• assemble the Heffy Doodle Big Shadow Box using grass cardstock and colored cardstock
• ink up the edges of the grass and hills with Distress Ink Mowed Lawn
• add some My Favorite Things Trees in the Forest to the background

• create a background using the Heffy Doodle Layering Hearts stencils, Distress Oxide Ink (Spun Sugar, Worn Lipstick) and Dylusions Shimmer Paint White Linen
• cut out the Create A Smile Du bist Toll from vellum and colored cardstock
• add a strip of foiled cardstock to the left and right side of the panel before adhering it to a cardbase

Sea Gull Tag Trio

Hi there,

today I would like to show you this Mixed Media Tag Trio that I created for Mennys Bastelshop using images from the Heffy Doodle You go, Gull stamp set:

• stamp some gulls from the Heffy Doodle You go, Gull set with Gina K. Designs Obsidian
• color the images with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and add highlights with a white gel pen
• cut out three tags and add color with Distress Paint (Seedless Preserves, Victorian Velvet, Broken China, Peacock Feathers, Spun Sugar, Picked Raspberry)
• add some black splatters as well
• create some texture with white heat-embossed images from the Simply Graphic Fonds a Combiner set and the Dina Wakley Scribble Sticks
• use pre-made sentiments to finish the tags and thread matching strands of twine through the holes of the tags

• color the image with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
• mask the image and stamp some books from the My Favorite Things Our Story set into the background using Distress Oxide Ink Hickory Smoke
• add Glossy Accents to the glasses of the crocodile
• thread two strands of twine through the hole of the tag

• create a cloud background with the help of the My Favorite Things Micro Cloud Edges and Distress Oxide Ink Tumbled Glass
• cut out the rainbow from the Sokai Girl die set from different colored cardstocks and from holographic cardstock
• stamp one of the adorable cats and some yarn from the Magengo Designs You are Purrfect set with lawn Fawn Jet Black and color the images with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers
• add extra shading and details with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils
• stamp the sentiment from the Waffle Flower Rainbow Bridge set with Versamark onto a banner cut from kraft cardstock and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
• thread a piece of ribbon through the hole of the tag
