You're the Sweetest

Hi there,

take a look at this watercolored card that I created for Mennys Bastelshop:

• cut out four panels using the Tim Holtz Stacked Tiles Rectangles die set from watercolor paper
• stamp the ice cream from the Lawn Fawn Sweetest Flavor set on all four panels with Distress Oxide Ink Lost Shadow
• color the images and the backgrounds of the panels with watercolors
• adhere the panels to a kraft cardbase
• add splatters with watered-down white gouache
• ink up the edges with Distress Ink Walnut Stain
• stamp the sentiment with Versamark onto a strip of kraft cardstock and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder

Watercolor Tulips

Hi there,

I created this Watercolor Card using the Karten-Kunst Scribble Tulips:

• stamp two of the Karten-Kunst Scribble Tulips with Distress Ink Old Paper
• color the image with Kuretake Gansai Tambi Art Nouveau Watercolors
• add some splatters
• stamp the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Textrahmen-Worte with Versamark onto a strip cut from kraft cardstock with the help of the Karten-Kunst Mini Textrahmen Wimpel die set and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
• add strips of colored cardstock and of patterned paper to the left and right side of the panel before adhering it to a cardbase

Let's go to the Beach Bar!

Hi there,

it was about time that I created a card with the adorable little beach bar from the Anjas Basteltraum Strandbar stamp set:

• stamp the little beach bar from the Anjas Basteltraum Strandbar set with Distress Ink Antique Linen
• color the image using watercolors
• cut out the Lawn Fawn Scripty Aloha from kraft cardstock and add some dark brown ink at the bottom together with some white gel pen dots for extra texture
• add strips of cardstock and patterned paper to the left and right side of the panel before adhering it to a cardbase

Relaxing Summer

it's Inspiration Week over at Mennys Bastelshop and this time our topic is "Sommerfeeling - Summer Feeling":

• cut out a tag from watercolor paper using one of the dies from the Sunny Studio Stamps Mini Mat & Tag 3 die set 
• stamp the swim ring, the sloth and the sentiment from the Lawn Fawn Pool Party set with Gina K Designs Amalgam Ink Obsidian - use the masking technique
• color the images with watercolors and add highlights with a white gel pen
• thread some orange twine through the hole of the tag

Little Heart Envelopes

Hi there,

I created this cute card for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

• cut out six Karten-Kunst Small Frames from three different shades of pink cardstock
• stamp the envelope from the Karten-Kunst Mini Frames Congratulations with Versamark onto those circles and heat-emboss the with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
• stamp the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Textrahmen-Worte set onto a banner cut with the help of the Karten-Kunst Mini Textrahmen Wimpel set with Versamark and also heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
• cut out a white panel using one of the Karten-Kunst Stitched Rectangles DIN A6
• create a background using the Karten-Kunst Script Background and Distress Oxide Ink Lost Shadow
• add little glitter hearts cut with the help of the Karten-Kunst Confetti dies
• wrap some natural twine around the panel
• add color to the cardbase using Distress Ink (Spun Sugar, Worn Lipstick, Picked Raspberry) before adhering the panel
