it is time for our CAS Challenge over at Addicted to Stamps and More:

• stamp a flower and a stem from Stampers Anonymous Tim Holtz Flower Garden with Versamark onto a panel cut from watercolor paper and heat-emboss them with WOW! Seafoam White Super Fine embossing powder
• mask of the stitching detail and color the image with Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolors
• add some splatters of a darker pink
• stamp the sentiment from Stampers Anonymous Tim Holtz Simple Saying with Avery Elle Raspberry Pigment Ink
• mat the watercolor panel onto a piece of Distress Cardstock (Worn Lipstick)

we are starting a new challenge over at Cards und More and the topic is Insects:

• cut out a Lil' Inker Designs Wonky Square and color the Sparkle N Sprinkle Sweetheart Frog with Delta Markers
• add details with opaque and glitter gel pens
• cut another Wonky Square from dark green cardstock and layer both squares on top of each other
• use kraft cardstock as a base
• stamp the sentiment from Clearly Besotted Winter Blooms with Versamark onto a strip of black cardstock and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder

Flowers for you

Hi there,

today, I would like to show you a super cute card that I created for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

• stamp the lovely Wild Rose Studio Flowers for you with Versafine Vintage Sepia and color the image with Lyra Rembrandt Polycolor Pencils and Zest-it
• add details with a white gel pen and Wink of Stella Clear Glitter
• stamp the sentiment from Mia's Stempelküche Alles zum Geburtstag with Memento Luxe (Rose Bud)
• cover a scrap piece of sturdy white cardstock with the same pink ink and cut out some small hearts using the Mama Elephant Confetti die, cover them with Versamark and heat-emboss them with clear embossing powder
• cut out a frame from dark kraft cardstock and stamp the Hero Arts Designer Woodgrain with Versamark and heat-emboss with white embossing powder
• create a background by applying Versafine Vintage Sepia through the Memory Box Garden Floral Confetti stencil onto a light kraft cardbase

Trickling Roses

Hi there,

today, I would like to show you this Mixed Media Canvas that I created for the STAMPlorations Mixed Media Sunday:

• cover a canvas with tissue paper using Dina Wakley Gel Medium and put gesso on top
• apply Wendy Vecchi Embossing Paste through the ARTplorations Old Rose Prints stencil
• color the roses with Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolors and let the color trickle down the canvas
• cut out the sentiment from sturdy white cardstock and color the letters with Distress Paint (Hickory Smoke, Picked Raspberry) - cover all the letters with Wink of Stella Clear Glitter
• stamp some borders from the STAMPlorations Artsy Border Maker with Memento Luxe (Gray Flannel)
