Happy Fall Wreath

Hi there,

I created this sweet Fall Card for Menny's Bastelshop and this week our inspirational topic is "Wreaths/Kränze":

• stamp one of the foxes, the wreath and some mushrooms from the Gerda Steiner Designs Foxes set with Lawn Fawn Crunchy Leaf
• color the image with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
• cut out "Happy Fall" from kraft cardstock using the Lil' Inker Designs Mixed & Stitched Alphabet and ink up the bottom portion with Distress Ink Gathered Twigs
• run a panel of grass cardstock through your Big Shot in an embossing folder and ink it up with that same brown Distress Ink used on the letters
• add strips of gold glitter paper to the left and right side of the panel before adhering it to a cardbase

Hi there,

I created this fun Easter Card for Anjas Basteltraum:

• stamp the cute little bunnies from the Anjas Basteltraum Häschenschule set with Lawn Fawn Jet Black
• color the image with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers and add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils
• use the Lawn Fawn Stitched Borders to create a background on a panel of white cardstock
• use a strip of patterned paper as the ground
• create the sentiment using the "Os" from the Anjas Basteltraum Häschenschule set and the ears from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Bunny dies set colored with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers
• for the rest of the sentiment cut the Lil' Inker Designs Mixed and Stitched Alphabet from mint, light blue and purple cardstock - ink up the bottom part of each letter with Distress Ink (Salty Ocean, Peacock Feathers, Seedless Preserves)

Get Well Critters

Hi there,

it's time for another Challenge over at Addicted to Stamps and More and I would like to share this cute Get-Well-Pop-Up-Card with you:

• prepare a pop-up card from Neenah Desert Storm Kraft cardstock with three pop-up place holders
• cover the front and back with patterned paper from the Prima Marketing All about me 6x6 paper pad
• create the first part of the sentiment by cutting out the second part of the Karten-Kunst Große Texte Alles Gute once from patterned paper from the same paper pad and once from black cardstock for a shadow layer
• create the second part of the sentiment with a Dymo Label Maker
• stamp a background on the inside by using small images from the Clearly Besotted Stamps Under the Weather stamp set with Memento (Tuxedo Black)
• stamp two of the sweet critters and the doctor's bag from the same stamp set with the same ink
• color all the images with Delta and Touch Twin Brush Markers 
• add highlights with a white gel pen
• add the three cut out images to the pop up place holders
• personalize the card by cutting out the recipients name frome patterned paper from the same paper pad with the help of the Lil' Inker Designs Mixed & Stitched Alphabet dies

this is my third project using an image from the fabulous Gerda Steiner Designs Spring Digital Stamp Bundle:

• color the cute Kitten in Boots image which is available as part of the Gerda Steiner Designs Spring Digital Stamp Bundle with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Pens and a damp watercolor brush
• cut out a panel from watercolor paper using one of the Lil' Inker Designs Wonky Squares dies
• create a background using Paper Artsy Infusions (In the Navy) and water from your Mini Mister
• stamp the sentiment from the WPlus9 Greetings and Salutations set with Versafine Smokey Gray and punch it out with the help of a circle punch
• use the same Wonky Square to cut out the cardbase

Hi there,

welcome to our first Happy Little Stampers Mixed Media Challenge in 2017 - this time we would like to see some layers on your project:

• stamp the adorable Whipper Snapper Designs Sawyer twice with Memento (Tuxedo Black)
• color the images with Delta, Touch Twin Brush and Copic Markers
• cut out the hat and the mittens and add them on top of the other image
• add white Radiant Neon Amplify on the snowy areas on his hat and nose
• cut out the Lil' Inker Designs Instant Camera frame three times - once from watercolor paper, once from patterned paper from the My Mind's Eye Wood 6x6 paper pad and a third time from patterned paper from the Crate Paper Snow & Cocoa 6x6 paper pad
• layer the patterend paper frames on top of each other and create a background on the negative of the watercolor frame with Distress Inks (Broken China, Peacock Feathers) and Pearlized Water
• layer torn strips of patterend paper from the Crate Paper Snow & Cocoa 6x6 paper pad and vellum to create a backdrop for the frame on a white cardbase
• create a sentment using the Dymo Label Maker and add a white glitter heart cut with the help of the Mama Elephant Confetti die

You're cute - Happy Birthday

Hi there,

today, I would like to show you this candy-colored Birthday Card that I created for the Photo Inspirations Challenge over at Addicted to Stamps and More:

• stamp the milkshake and mask it with Eclipse Tape, stamp the cupcake and color the images with Delta Marker and opaque gel pens
• the sweet images are from the Paper Smooches Sugar Rush set and I used Memento (Gray Flannel) to stamp them
• mask both images and create an ombre background using Distress Inks (Spun Sugar, Worn Lipstick, Picked Raspberry)
• cut out a banner with the help of the Lil' Inker Designs Anytime Tags 2
• stamp the "you're cute" sentiment from the same set with the same ink directly onto the banner
• cut out two more banner from patterned paper from the Doodlebug Design Sugar Shoppe 6x6 paper pad
• stamp the My Favorite Things Swiss Dots Background with Memento Luxe (Gray Flannel) onto a kraft cardbase
• stamp the "Happy Birthday" sentiment from Avery Elle Written in the Stars with Versafine (Onyx Black)
• adhere the banners with liquid glue and add a piece of washi tape as additional embellishment
• cover the milk shake glass with Glossy Accents

• cut out a tag using the Sizzix Tag Collection
• stamp the bunny from Skipping Stones Design Gray Hares with Memento (Rich Cocoa) and color the image and create a background with Delta and Touch Twin Brush Markers
• stamp the sentiment from the same stamp set with Memento (Paris Dusk, Summer Sky) with the help of the DIY Stamp Positioner
• cut out the top of a tag from patterned paper from the Simple Stories Snap Color Vibe 6x6 paper pad and create a border using the Avery Elle Dotted Border dies to embellish the tag
• cut a bow with the help of the Lil'Inker Designs Mini Bow die from yellow felt and adhere it on top of the hole of the tag
• use a dark brown marker to go around the edges of the tag

Love Ornament

Hi there,

I would like to share a step-by-step tutorial for this felt Christmas ornament using one of my favorite ARTplorations stencils:

• cut out two hearts from pink felt using the My Favorite Things Pierced Heart STAX
• sponge Dina Wakley Heavy Body Acrylic Paint (Sterling) through the ARTplorations Hearts all over stencil
• start sewing together both parts and fill the heart with cotton before finally closing it
• cut out the word love with the help of the Lil' Inker Designs Mixed & Stitched Alphabet die set from soft lilac felt and adhere the letters to the heart using fabric adhesive
• add some lilac twine at the top and thread it through two jingle bells before closing the two ends with a knot

• add details with a white gel pen and add Distress Glitter (Clear Rock Candy) to the snow and Stickles (Christmas Red) to the berries
• color the sky using Jaxell Soft Pastels and a pompon
• emboss Taylored Expressions Snowfall on a piece of white cardstock
• stamp the sentiment from Clearly Besotted Stamps Sweet Little Sentiments with Versamark, heat-emboss it with Wendy Vecchi embossing powder (Cornflower Blue) and wrap it around the dry-embossed background panel
• create a matching cardbase by adding the same light blue Delta Marker used for the scarf to the edges
• thread Lawn Fawn Silver Saprkle twine through the star-shaped holes of the tags

• stamp the adorable little hippo from the Happy Little Stampers Birthday Friends stamp set with Memento (Tuxedo Black) and color it with Delta Markers and a white gel pen
• create a background on watercolor paper using a DIY Monoprinting Plate, acrylic paints and the ARTplorations Just Squares Stencil
• cut out a tag using the Lil'Inker Designs Anytime Tags 2 and stamp the sentiment from the same stamp set twice: first with Memento Luxe (Gray Flannel) to create a shadow and then slightly offset with Memento Luxe (Tuxedo Black)
• dye a piece of seam binding with Distress Stains (Tumbled Glass, Spun Sugar, Shaded Lilac) and thread it through the star-shaped hole of the tag

• stamp the sweet little elephant from the Happy Little Stampers Birthday Friends stamp set with Memento (Tuxedo Black) and color it with Delta Markers
• create a background on watercolor paper using a DIY Monoprinting Plate, acrylic paints and the ARTplorations Just Squares Stencil
• cut out a tag using the Lil'Inker Designs Anytime Tags and stamp the sentiment from the same stamp set twice with Memento Luxe (Tuxedo Black)
• stamp the little bubbles from the same stamp set with Distress Ink (Picked Raspberry) and heat-emboss them with clear embossing powder
• dye a piece of seam binding with Distress Ink (Picked Raspberry) and thread it through the hole of the tag - in order to achieve the ombre look, spritz the whole piece with water but then only dip the ends into the ink and let it seep in as far as the color wants to go
