Heat-Embossed Ornament Background

Hi there,

this is another project using the Karten-Kunst Scribble Ornaments stamp set - this time to create a background:

• stamp the Karten-Kunst Scribble Ornaments with Versamark onto a kraft cardbase and heat-emboss them with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
• add some droplets with watered-down white gouache and watered-down Distress Ink Walnut Stain
• cut out the Karten-Kunst Das rockt Frohes Fest background from kraft cardstock shaded with Distress Ink Walnut Stain and the sentiment from off-white cardstock
• ink up the edges of the cardbase with Distress Ink Walnut Stain

Happy Halloween

Hi there,

I created another Halloween card using the adorable C.C. Designs Cat Halloween for Menny's Bastelshop:

• stamp the adorable little witch cat from the C.C. Designs Cat Halloween set with Versafine Clair Morning Mist onto a piece of watercolor paper
• color the image with watercolors
• stick a circle mask to a watercolor panel
• create a background with Distress Oxide Ink (Black Soot, Chipped Sapphire)
• color in the moon with Finetec Mica Watercolors (Moon Gold, Meteor)
• add some splatters with watered-down InkOn3 Liquid Pixie Dust
• cut out some trees and a hill shape from black cardstock, stamp the sentiment from the Lawn Fawn Fangtastic Friends set with Versamark and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder

Hi there,

I used the Karten-Kunst Schriftzug-Set Feiertage on this Christmas project:

• use Distress Oxide Ink Pine Needles and Forest Moss to stamp some trees from the Karten-Kunst Abstrakte Tannen set and the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Schriftzug-Set Feiertage set
• ink up the edges of the panel with Versamark and heat-emboss it with WOW! Metallic Gold Rich Pale Super Fine embossing powder
• ink up the cardbase with Distress Oxide Ink Pine Needles 
• use star-shaped sequins as final embellishment

Happy Fall Cabin

Hi there,

I created this cute Fall Card using the new Anjas Basteltraum Huettengaudi die set:

• cut out the Anjas Basteltraum Huettengaudi dies from three different shades of kraft cardstock and from yellow cardstock
• add shading with Distress Ink Walnut Stain
• add a little fall wreath using the tiny leaves from the Lawn Fawn Acorn House die set
• add a hill shape, weeds and mushrooms
• the sentiment is cut with the help of the Lawn Fawn Giant Happy Fall die
• add some splatters of watered-down Distress Ink Walnut Stain and golden liquid watercolor to the background before adding the adorable little cabin on top

Yummy Drink

Hi there,

I just love the adorable images from the Mama Elephant Boxed Drinks stamp set and I created this tag for Mennys Bastelshop:

• cut out a tag from white cardstock
• stamp the images from the Mama Elephant Boxed Drinks set with Gina K. Designs Obsidian
• color the little scene with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
• add a little wavy topper and thread a piece of ribbon through the hole of the tag
