I created this vibrant Birthday tag using the Gerda Steiner Designs Birthday Bear stamp set:

• cut out a Clearly Besotted Stamps Rounded Tag from smooth white cardstock
• stamp the bear hand with the balloon from the Gerda Steiner Designs Birthday Bear set with Lawn Fawn Jet Black 
• color the image with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers and add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils 
• add confetti with the help of the Lawn Fawn Year Nine set and yellow and orange ink
• ink up the edges with some orange ink as well
• thread four strands of twine through the hole of the tag

• cut several strips of colored cardstock and adhere them to a background panel
• cut out one of the Karten-Kunst Stitched Rectangles 
• stamp sentiments from the Karten-Kunst Aus der Schreibmaschine and from the Karten-Kunst Aus der Schreibmaschine 3 with Versamark and heat-emboss them with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
• ink up the edges of the cardbase with Distress Oxide Ink (Villainous Potion, Shaded Lilac)
• cut out some Karten-Kunst Confetti Flowers from vellum as little embellishments and add Nuvo Crystal Drops to the flower centers

• hold the layers together with a small clothespin
• cover part of the cardbase with patterned paper and stamp the sentiment from the Anjas Basteltraum set with Versafine Onyx Black into the bottom right corner

• use the Karten-Kunst Script Background, Versamark, Distress Embossing Glaze Salvaged Patina and Ranger Copper embossing powder to add more texture to the background
• ink up the edges of the panel with Distress Ink Walnut Stain
• stamp the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Aus der Schreibmaschine 2 set with Versamark onto a strip of kraft cardstock and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder 
• ink up the edges the sentiment strip with Distress Ink Walnut Stain as well

I created this adorable BBQ scene using the brand-new Anjas Basteltraum Happy Camper set:

• stamp the fox and the grill from the Anjas Basteltraum Happy Camper set with Lawn Fawn Jet Black and color the images with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers
• add shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos and highlights with a white gel pen
• cut out a circle from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Dashing Circles set and add a grassy hill shape and some clouds in the background
• for the clouds I used Distress Ink Tumbled Glass and the My Favorite Things Mini Cloud Edges stencil and for the grassy hill I used the Lawn Fawn Mushroom Border and Distress Ink (Bundled Sage, Peeled Paint)
• create a background on a kraft cardbase using stamps from the Lawn Fawn Let's BBQ set, Versamark and WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
• the sentiment is from the same Lawn Fawn set and also white heat-embossed onto a kraft sentiment strip

Smile Ovals

it's time for another Wednesday - STAMPday feature. Today the fabulous Monika from Tinkercards Designs is joining me and we decided to use the Flexi Ovals stencil set to create our projects:

• create a backdrop using the ARTplorations Flexi Ovals stencils and masks and Distress Oxide Ink (Salvaged Patina, Peacock Feathers)
• stamp some flowers and hearts from the STAMPlorations It's a Girl Thing: Sunshine set with Lawn fawn Jet Black into the inner opening 
• color the hearts with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers
• add a strip of turquoise cardstock and of patterned paper to the top and bottom of the panel before adhering it to a cardbase
• cut out the CUTplorations Smile from black and turquoise cardstock and layer them slightly offset on top of each other for a shadow effect
• embellish the card with some hexagon sequins

And this is Monika's vibrant and colorful project. I just love the bright and cheery vibes of this virtual hug.
