Taco Cart

Hi there,

I created this colorful card for Mennys Bastelshop using the Lawn Fawn Treat Cart and the Lawn Fawn Treat Cart Add-On: Tacos stamp sets:

• stamp several images from the Lawn Fawn Treat Cart and the Lawn Fawn Treat Card Add-On: Tacos stamp sets with Gina K. Designs Obsidian
• color the images with Ohuhu Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
• stamp the sentiment from the Lawn Fawn Treat Card Sentiment Add-On: Tacos with Versamark onto a strip of blue cardstock and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
• create a fringe background using colored cardstock

New Spring - Part 1

Hi there,

I created this Spring Card for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

• cover a cardbase with patterned paper
• create the sentiment using the Karten-Kunst Mega Happy stamp set, Versafine Vintage Sepia, grass cardstock, the Karten-Kunst Joy Alphabet, vellum and Distress Ink Gathered Twigs
• add some Karten-Kunst Confetti flowers cut from iridescent glitter paper

Hi there,

I used the Lawn Fawn Whoosh, Kites! stamp set on this project for Mennys Bastelshop:

• stamp the mice and the kite from the Lawn Fawn Whoosh, Kites! set with Gina K. Designs Obsidian
• color the images with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
• add a string of silver thread between the mice and the kite
• create a background using colored cardstock, the Lawn Fawn Grassy Border, the Lawn Fawn Meadow Borders, the Lawn Fawn Stitched Tree Borders, the My Favorite Things Rolling Clouds stencil, the dies from the Lawn Fawn Butterfly Kisses set, Distress Ink (Tumbled Glass, Bundled Sage, Gathered Twigs)
• stamp the sentiment from the same set with Brilliance Pearlescent Thyme

Happy Birthday Card Duo

Hi there,

I created this Birthday Card Duo for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

• create the sentiment with the help of the Karten-Kunst Lucky Alphabet, the Karten-Kunst Mega Happy stamp set, the Karten-Kunst Mini Frames Congratulations, colored cardstock and Lawn Fawn Jet Black
• color the images with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
• add strips of patterned paper to the left and right side of the panels before adhering them to the cardbases

Tea Ceremony Tag

Hi there,

I created another sweet tag for Mennys Bastelshop and this time I used the Impronte d'Autore Minako stamp set:

• cut out the Heffy Doodle Tag along from smooth white cardstock and patterned paper
• stamp the the scene using images from the Impronte d'Autore Minako set with Gina K. Designs Obsidian - use the masking technique
• color the images with Ohuhu Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
• create a background with the help of the My Favorite Things On Solid Ground Stamp set, Versafine Clair Sand Dune, a pencil and a ruler
• ink up the edges of the panel with Distress Ink Pumice Stone
• dye a piece of torn seam binding with Distress Ink Victorian Velvet and thread it through the hole of the tag

it's time for our Inspiration Week over at Mennys Bastelshop and this week our topic is "Menny's Stamps". I used the Mennys Bastelshop Winter Wonderland stamp set on my project:

• stamp the snowman from the Mennys Bastelshop Winter Wonderland set with Distress Oxide Ink Lost Shadow
• color the image and the background with Frau von Bommel watercolors
• ink up the edges with Distress Ink Stormy Sky
• stamp the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Weihnachten Modern set with Versafine Clair Morning Mist
• add stars with the Molotow Liquid Chrome pen and snowflakes with a white gel pen and white gouache
• add strips of colored cardstock and glitter paper to the left and right side of the panel before adhering it to a cardbase
