• color the A Day for Daisies Holiday Mail image and the background with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Pens, Distress Markers and a damp watercolor brush
• add splatters with brown gouache
• create the sentiment with the help of the Dymo Label Maker
• mat the scallopped stitched square onto a piece of burlap before adhering it to the cardbase

Hi there,

why don't you join the Holiday TAGplorations Event over on the STAMPlorations Blog?

• cut out the medium CUTplorations Luggage Tag from kraft cardstock
• stamp the present and the baubles from the STAMPlorations Joyful set with Versafine (Vintage Sepia)
• mask the image and create a background using stamps from the STAMPlorations Mixed Media Elements and STAMPlorations Gone Postal sets and that same brown ink
• color the main image with Prismacolor Colored Pencils, Zest-it and a blending stump
• add splatters with Finetec Mica Watercolors (Inca Gold)
• adhere a piece of black fun foam to golden glitter cardstock and cut out the CUTplorations Believe word die and some Memory Box Cosmic Stars
• thread two strands of May Arts Natural Twine and three strands of golden thread through the hole of the tag

Kiss the Frog Tag

Hi there,

I have some fantastic news for you - from this month on I am joining the Stamping-Fairies Design Team and this is my first project:

• stamp the adorable Whipper Snapper Designs A Kiss for Prince with Memento (Tuxedo Black) and color the image with Delta and Touch Twin Brush Markers
• add highlights with a white gel pen
• cut a tag from sturdy white cardstock and cover it with white gesso
• glue down some left-over grungepaper diecuts with gel medium and apply three coats of white gesso on top
• add some color with Dylusions Paints (Bubblegum Pink, Squeezed Orange)
• mix some Distress Paint (Black Soot) with Acrylic Glazing Liquid and paint it over the raised areas, let it sit for a moment and wipe it away with a baby wipe - repeat the process until you are happy with the result
• adhere the frog with gel medium and add a shadow around him with the Stabilo All Pencil
• apply some Versamarker to the bottom left corner of the little squares and heat-emboss them with WOW! Metallic Gold Rich Super Fine embossing powder
• sprinkle on some additional golden embossing powder in random spots and heat-set them as well - start heating the tag from underneath in order to keep the embossing powder on your tag and not everywhere in your craft room 
• dye a piece of seam binding with Distress Inks (Wild Honey, Picked Raspberry) and thread it through the hole of the tag
• add the sentiment from the Tim Holtz Ideaology Big Chat sticker set and doodle around the edges with a pink and black marker

A Halloween Hello

Hi there,

I created this fun Halloween Card for the Addicted to Stamps and More Holiday Challenge:

• create a background on watercolor paper using Distress Inks (Shaded Lilac, Seedless Preserves, Dusty Concord)
• spritz the background with Pearlized Water 
• cut out a panel from the watercolor piece with the stitched rectangle from the My Favorite Things Blueprints 20 die set
• apply Distress Ink (Black Soot) through a Tim Holtz Layering Stencil (Shatter) and ink up the edges with the same ink color
• stamp the sentiment from the My Favorite Things Witch Way is the Candy? stamp set with Versamark and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
• use the My Favorite Things Stitched Interactive Window Trio die to create three little peek-a-boo-windows
• stamp the cute critters from the same stamp set on a piece of Perfect Colouring Paper with Memento (Tuxedo Black) and color the images with Delta Markers
• mask the images with Daniel Smith Masking Fluid and create a background with Distress Ink (Shaded Lilac) and a Mini Ink Blending Tool

• apply more Distress Ink (Black Soot, Dusty Concord) through the Tim Holtz Layering Stencil Shattered
• spritz the panel with Pearlized Water for extra sparkle
• color the cute spider from the Gerda Steiner Designs Bats stamp set with Delta, Touch Twin Brush Markers and a white gel pen
• add googly eyes as an interactive element
• adhere the sentiment from the same stamp set with foam tape
• mat the panel onto a piece of green patterned paper from the Graphic 45 An Eerie Tale Patterns and Solids 6x6 paper pad
• add some sequins from the Pretty Pink Posh 4mm Trick or Treat Mix as final embellishments
