Hi there,

we are starting a new photo inspiration challenge over at the A Day for Daisies Blog today:

• color the adorable A Day for Daisies Penguin Play image with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Pens and a damp brush
• add some splatters with Perfect Pearls Mist (Heirloom Gold), add snowflakes with Stickles (Platinum) and the buttons with a Liquid Pearls (Silver Pearl)
• cut out a stitched panel using the Waltzingmouse Stamps Stitched Rectangles and mount the panel onto a strip of patterned paper from the Avery Elle The Neutral Collection 6x6 patterned paper pad
• stamp the sentiment from Inkystamp Weihnachtszauber with Versafine (Onyx Black)

Hi there,

today, I would like to show you another card for the 52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown:

• cut the Lori Whitlock Jingle Bell (this is the first time I ever used a bell as a focal point on one of my cards and I never used this cut file before) from silver and gold glitter paper and puzzle the pieces together on a blue cardbase using double-sided adhesive
• stamp the sentiment from Inkystamp Weihnachtszauber (Glockenklang means Sound of Bells) with Hero Arts Unicorn Pigment Ink
• round all the corners with a 1/2'' corner rounder

Magic of Christmas

Hi there,

this is my first post for today, if you are also interested in a shiny red Christmas card, click here.

I would like to show you the project that I created with the From the Heart Stamps Stamp of the Month:

• create a shaker bauble by cutting out a hanger (colored with Distress Stain Brushed Pewter), a patterned paper frame, a front window from acetate and 25! slightly smaller frames from sturdy white cardstock and glue everything together - I needed a lot of space inside because I found those super cute glittery styrofoam beads which I wanted to use as tiny snowballs
• color From the Heart Stamps Angel Joy with Lyra Rembrandt Polycolor Pencils and Zest-it on the bauble background
• use white cardstock for the background panel, color white embossing paste with Distress Re-Inkers (Peacock Feathers, Salty Ocean, Shaded Lilac), add silver glitter and apply it through the My Favorite Things Concentric Circles Stencil - thanks for the inspiration Julia
• color the sentiment strip with the same Distress Ink colors and spritz it with pearlized water
• stamp the sentiment "Weihnachtszauber" (Magic of Christmas) from Inkystamp Weihnachtszauber with Versamark and heat-emboss with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
• use white cardstock as a base and cover the left and right edge with Versamark and heat-emboss with WOW! Silver Bells embossing powder
• add twine to hang the bauble from the top of the card

Hello,

today, I would like to show you another Christmas card:

• stamp trees from Waltzingmouse Stamps Little Deer with a mixture of Versafine Vintage Sepia and Distress Ink (Pumice Stone) on Artagain Cardstock (Storm Blue)
• apply Viva Decor Embossing Paste (Pearl White) through Memory Box Tiny Snowflakes Stencil
• stamp the little deer and the bauble from the same stamp set on Sheena Douglass Stamping Card
• color the deer with Lyra Rembrandt Polycolor Pencils, Zest-it and a white gel pen
• cut out the bauble, cover with Versamark and heat-emboss with Zing! metallic blue embossing powder
• prick a hole at the top of the bauble and two at the tree branch and adhere the bauble with silver thread
• add a bow with Lawn Fawn Silver Sparkle Single Cord
• stamp the sentiment Schneegestöber (Snow Flurry) from Inkystamp Weihnachtszauber directly on a kraft cardbase with Versamark and heat-emboss with white embossing powder
• add Stampendous Shaved Ice to the bottom of the card panel for that extra sparkle

today, I would like to show you this one layer christmas card:

• stamp the cute little reindeer from Cuddly Buddly Cuddly Christmas Buddies with Versafine Onyx Black on a watercolor cardbase
• create a mask for the reindeer, a circle mask and a mask for the landscape with eclipse tape
• apply Distress Ink to the sky (Tumbled Glass, Faded Jeans) and the soil (Iced Spruce, Frayed Burlap) with the Mini Ink Blending Tool
• add some water droplets for extra texture
• stamp the small solid star from Lawn Fawn Trim the Tree with Versamark and heat-emboss with WOW! silver pearl embossing powder
• add faux stitching around the circle with a black PITT Artist Pen
• color the reindeer with Derwent Coloursoft Pencils and Zest-it
• add white gel pen to the nose and the hooves and Gelly Roll Stardust Clear to the bow on top of the present
• stamp the sentiment Sternenglanz (Starshine) from Inkystamp Weihnachtszauber with Versamark and heat-emboss with silver embossing powder
