Hi there,

I created this sweet Bunny Tag for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

• cut out one of the Karten-Kunst Tags from smooth white cardstock
• stamp the adorable little bunny and the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Post vom Osterhasen set with Lawn Fawn Jet Black
• color the image with Ohuhu Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
• add a little border cut from patterned paper with the help of a die from the Karten-Kunst DIN A6 Card Designer Nr. 2 set
• thread two strands of twine through the hole of the tag

Deck of Cards - Set 3

Hi there,

over the next few weeks I would like to show you a project that I created for Mennys Bastelshop together with my so very talented daughter Emily. It was a gift for my son - a deck of cards. I used the Mama Elephant Artist Trading Card die set on each of them combined with different stamp sets from Mama Elephant, My Favorite Things and Lawn Fawn. Every week I will show you four cards. Let's continue.

• cut out the Mama Elephant Artist Trading Cards from smooth white cardstock
• add color with Distress Oxide Inks
• stamp images from the Mama Elephant Magical Wizards, the Lawn Fawn Super Star and the Lawn Fawn Upon a Star sets
• color the images with Ohuhu Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
• assemble the cards

Hello Snail Tag

Hi there,

I created this sweet Snail Tag for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

• cut out one of the Karten-Kunst Tags from smooth white cardstock
• stamp the snail from the Karten-Kunst Ein schneller Gruß set with Lawn Fawn Jet Black
• stamp the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Textrahmen Worte 2 set with that same black ink
• color the image and the background with Ohuhu Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
• thread two strands of twine through the hole of the tag

Make each Day your Masterpiece

Hi there,

it is time for our monthly Anything Goes Challenge over on the STAMPlorations Blog and this is my creation:

• cut out one of the CUTplorations Stitched Tags from watercolor paper
• glue on a picture of mountains and trees with multi medium
• add some white gesso to let the picture appear to be more in the background
• apply some texture paste through the ARTplorations Flair slimline stencil
• add some color using a brown and turquoise Stabilo Woody and Ecoline Liquid Watercolor in gold
• apply brown Stabilo All pencil at the edges of the tag
• alter some corrugated cardboard with the same colors and dye a piece of cheesecloth with Distress Ink Ground Espresso
• stamp the sentiment from the STAMPlorations Softly set with Versamark and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
• ink up the edges of the sentiment strip with that same brown Distress Ink used to dye the cheesecloth
• thread torn Sari Silk Ribbon through the hole of the tag

it's time for our Inspiration Week over at Mennys Bastelshop and this week our topic is "DIY Striped Background". I used the Lawn Fawn Capybaras! stamp set on my project:

• cut out a tag from smooth white cardstock using one of the Mama Elephant Fave Tags
• stamp one of the capybaras and the cake from the Lawn Fawn Capybaras! set with Gina G. Designs Obsidian
• color the image with Ohuhu Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
• add a striped background made from colored cardstock underneath
• stamp some confetti from the same set with Distress Oxide Ink (Scroched Timber, Antique Linen, Tumbled Glass)
• thread two strands of twine through the hole of the tag

today I am using the new Wanderlust Wayside collage paper pack, one of 9 brand-new packs in the STAMPlorations Anthology collection:

• adhere one of the STAMPlorations Collage Papers from the Wanderlust Wayside set to a cardbase
• ink up the edges with Distress Ink Walnut Stain
• add some texture using the dot pattern from the STAMPlorations Scribbly Splattery Grunge set and Distress Oxide Ink Tattered Rose
• add some CUTplorations Dragonflies cut from colored cardstock
• add the sentiment from the Hey Sunshine Clear Sticker set

• cut out the Crealies Postage Frame Odette from one of the STAMPlorations Collage Papers from the Wanderlust Wayside set
• use some white acrylic paint and Distress Ink Walnut Stain to give it a worn look
• stamp some texture with Distress Oxide Ink Walnut Stain using stamps from the STAMPlorations Mixed Media Grunge and Art Marks sets and from the Waffle Flower Postage Collage set 
• cut out the CUTplorations Relax from woodgrain paper and ink up the bottom of each letter with Distress Ink Walnut Stain
• layer the postage stamps on a kraft panel before adhering it to a cardbase

• stamp the Karten-Kunst Scribble Tulips with Versafine Clair Portobello
• add some color using a PITT Pastel pencil
• add some texture with the help of the Karten-Kunst Script Background and Distress Oxide Ink Walnut Stain
• stamp the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Aus der Schreibmaschine set with Versafine Clair Portobello

• cut out some tags from grass cardstock and patterned paper using the Mama Elephant Fave Tags die set
• stamp the sentiment from the Mama Elephant Mini Messages set with Versafine Clair Portobello
• cut out one of the Honeybee Stamps Lovely Layers Large Snowflakes from foiled cardstock
• add a button and some thread in the middle
• thread two strands of natural twine through the hole of the tag

I created another sweet tag for Mennys Bastelshop and this time I used the Impronte d'Autore Minako stamp set:

• cut out the Heffy Doodle Tag along from smooth white cardstock and patterned paper
• stamp the the scene using images from the Impronte d'Autore Minako set with Gina K. Designs Obsidian - use the masking technique
• color the images with Ohuhu Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
• create a background with the help of the My Favorite Things On Solid Ground Stamp set, Versafine Clair Sand Dune, a pencil and a ruler
• ink up the edges of the panel with Distress Ink Pumice Stone
• dye a piece of torn seam binding with Distress Ink Victorian Velvet and thread it through the hole of the tag
